Baji L Terms & Conditions – The Complete Membership Guide

Baji L (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Baji L") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operating under the bajil.click domain. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between each member and Baji L.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the platform, you automatically agree to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in Bengali for the convenience of our members. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive and binding text.

To become a member of Baji L, you must complete the registration process. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination.

• Members must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration — this requirement is non-negotiable under any circumstances
• Each person may only hold one account – multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited
• The name and mobile number used during registration must match those on the payment account
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special characters
• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited

Baji L accepts all major mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally instant. Key deposit terms are outlined below:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name
• Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled
• Deposits are non-refundable once completed, unless a technical error is proven

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – a wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) must be met first
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not permitted
• Baji L reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Any unused bonus is automatically cancelled upon expiry

Baji L has specific rules for Sports Betting and casino games. Before finalising any bet, make sure you fully understand the applicable terms.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except in certain limited circumstances)
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded
• If odds change, the odds at the time of bet submission will apply
• Delays may occur in live betting – this is normal and no compensation will be provided
• Baji L reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji L. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Placing bets on match-fixing or pre-determined outcomes
• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin
• Using or attempting to hack another member's account
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions
• Threatening or abusive behavior directed at the platform or other members

Baji L reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. This applies in particular to the following cases:

• If a breach of terms is established
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documents
• If suspicious or unusual gaming patterns are detected
• By order of the regulatory authority
• Due to extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn subject to KYC verification. Re-registration after account closure may not be permitted.

• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to member negligence
• Force majeure events – including natural disasters, war, pandemics, and similar circumstances

Online betting and gaming carry inherent risks. You are playing voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. Baji L is not liable for any losses incurred.

Baji L reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or a platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance
